Luxury Nail & Foot Services.

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash, Zelle, and credit cards are accepted; tax applies to credit card payments. Salon services are nonrefundable.

Cancellations, lateness & rescheduling

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $25 fee. A 15-minute grace period applies; arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a $25 late fee. At 30 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. A no-show incurs a $25 inconvenience fee.

To reschedule, message your technician. Deposits may be transferred only within the same month; appointments moved to the following month require a new deposit.

First visits & nail preparation

First-time clients should arrive with bare nails. Foreign refills, soak-offs, and foreign soak-offs carry additional fees. A soak-off is generally recommended every 2–4 months, rather than at every visit.

Services cannot be performed over damaged nails, including splits, cracks, rips, or signs of infection. If you are unsure, call or email before booking. Please include your desired length, shape, and nail art when selecting services. Babies and children are not permitted in the suite.

Early, late & day-off appointments

Appointments before 10 AM, after 7 PM, or on Sunday or Monday require advance contact with your technician and carry an additional $25 fee that is not applied toward your service. Please call to arrange these appointments.
